Come here to me, my merry, merry men,

HNR 714

Come here to me, my merry, merry men,
Said a sergeant at the fair;
And the bumpkins all were very merry men,
And they all came running there.
Fat and spare, round and square,
See them stare with noddles bare,
And the piper piped an air,
And the drummer drummed his share,
With a rub-a-dub, rub-a-dub, row dow dow,
And the little dogs answered bow, wow, wow,
And the boys cried out Hurrah!
Hurrah! Hurrah! Hurrah!
