We had brunch with Mr & Mrs O who helped our wood-chopping today, too. Because chain saw was not working properly, we made slow progress. Anyway the meal is so nice after labor.

Tomi and Peco went to Japanese bar of Machiko-san at Dinner. Tomi was stoked up and walked with a thud and I thought I had earthquake again.

Dinner is all various leavings without croquette. But gorgeous.

The lotus root is the wonderful vegetables which have both crispy and sticky. In the cold day, grated lotus root is nice and warm.

It got much colder this evening. It's the season that one-pot dish is good.

fu bun is good. The feel of bite is like a rice cake and azuki bean jam is sweet lightly.

We had dinner for encouraging Uriko tonight. Everything is ready. Only our anxiety is not to swim owing to eating too much.

As we got good black soybeans, I boiled, mashed and harden using kudzu starch. We had it with starchy sauce this morning.

In Agura, Maru-san gathered mushrooms in the mountain and Machiko, the owner cook well those. Good combination.

We got wild shibatake mushroom. It's a very nice of its slippery.

Nakahigashi for our first time. There were lots of dishes which was spended extraordinary time and effort. We just sat silent in admiration and wonder.
