We only simmer the vegetables on the stove during the work of the morning, we'll be extremely easy.

As the cold virus attack by this means and that from all over the place, I defence by one-pot dish of leek and ginger to intercept virus.

Today's home-made sweet was warm melting pudding which was made only of milk, the white of an egg, sugar and honey.

We, elevend men in all had dinner at soba noodles restaurant and were satisfied with violin by Daishin Kashimoto. Good dishes and music brougt us supreme bliss.

I sprinkled black sesame bean on the dressed taro with white sesame paste and white one on the dressed one with black sesame paste.

I made northern rice seasoned with dried scallop, konbu and ginger. good flavor of dried scarrop and sharp taste of ginger was so good.

I cook oden again using soup which I froze previous one. It has increasingly become better.

We cooked a bit more rice than usual and make pressed sushi. The first challenge - rolled salmon with nori was so good. I'll rolled with also cucumber next time.

I roasted soy beans in an earthenware pan and cooked rice with them. And soup of tofu and nameko mushroom using brand-new earthenware pot. I have nothing more to say.

When pinto bean is dry it's round, but after soaking it becomes flat. It takes me by surprise.
