Simmered bamboo shoots

- 2 boiled bamboo shoots
- 1 2/3 cups (400ml) soup stock
- sake, mirin, soy sauce, salt
- Cut bamboo shoots lenghtwise into four, width into 1/2 inch.
- Boil 1 2/3 (400ml) cups soup stock, add bamboo shoots, 2 tablespoons sake, 1 tablespoon mirin and a pinch of salt and soy sauce, reduce the heat and simmer until broth soak into bomboo shoots.
