Ohitashi - spinach and kiriboshi-daikon
Add an accent to sweetness of a dried radish with lowering ginger, and deliciousness doubles.
- 1 bunch spinach
- 1 cup kiriboshi-daikon (dried slivered radish)
- sauce (2 tablespoons soup stock and 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce)
- Soak kiriboshi-daikon in water for 6 minutes, wash. Squeeze and cut into 1 inch.
- Boil spinach quickly, soak in cold water, Squeeze and cut into 1 inch.
- Mix kiriboshi-daikon, spinach, and grating ginger and pour sauce.
