Lightly-pickled radish's peel
use up the Japanese radish to skin thoroughly.

- soup for pickle: 1 cup soup stock, 1 tablespoon salt, a little of soy sauce
- Cut radish's peel into a bite pieces.
- Put radish's peel and soup for pickle into plastic bag. Take away air and bind. Leave for 1 night (about 8 hours) in the refrigerator.
