Miso soup - grated lotus root
As for this miso soup, it is very good to drink at the time that caught cold because a body warms.
- 7 onces lotus root
- 4 cups soup stock
- 2 or 3 tablespoons miso
- 1 welsh onion
- Wash lotus root and pare, then soak water for a while.
- Chop long onin into 1/4 inch.
- Grate quickly lotus root, put sauce pan, add 4 cups soup stock and heat.
- Bring to boil, add long onion and blend in dissolved miso. Boil again, immediately turn off heat.
