Miso soup - nameko mushrooms and okara
A feeling of appetite of slippery Pholiota nameko fits rough bean-curd refuse well.
- 1 package nameko mushroom
- okara (2 times amount of nameko mushroom)
- 2 cups soup stock
- 2 tablespoons soybean paste
- Wash nameko mushroom.
- Pour 2 cups soup stock in pan and heat.
- When soup stock comes to boil, put nameko mushroom and okara.
- Brend in 2 tablespoons soybean paste. Bring to boil and immediately turn off heat.
