Cabbage casserole

A simple cooking, but delicious. The upper is crisp and the lower is soft. You'll probably gobble up half cabbage in no time. This dish is natural medicine for the stomach.



  1. Put half the cabbage on the cutting board. Cut cabbage into 1/5 inch width strips.
  2. Put a soup cube, 2 tablespoons sake and half amount of the smoked salmon into pan. Put cabbage and the rest of the smoked salmon. Put the lid tightly and steam over a low flame for 10 minutes.
