Braised royal fern
The edible wild plant has good affinity with the oil.
- prepared royal fern
- sesame oil
- 1/2 cups soup stock
- sake, mirin, soy sauce, salt
- sesame seed (white)
- Put 1 tablespoon sesame oil in frying pan, heat, fry royal fern.
- Add 1/2 cup soup stock, 1 tablespoon sake, 1/2 tablespoon mirin, apinch of salt and soy sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Arrange on serving plate, sprinkle sesame seed.
