Simmered old pickled radish with sake-kasu
special favorite for Peco
- 1 old pickled radish
- 1 old pickled radish's leaves
- 1 oz (200 g) sake-kasu
- 2 cups soup stock
- Cut old pickled radish and leaves into 1 inch, soak in water for a hour.
- Put 2 cups soup stock, sake-kasu, radish, leaves in order into pressure cooker and heat.
- Simmer 3 minutes after weight started to turn, and stop to heat.
- When pressure become flat, take off lid, stir well.
