Old pickled radish with ginger

Ginger matches the pickled radish which became sour well.



  1. Slice radish into 1/4 inch, soak in water for a hour.
  2. Cut (1) into 1/4 inch.
  3. Grate ginger.
  4. Mix radish and ginger, pour a little of soy sauce.
