Spinach with sesame paste
It's all right to boil spinach quickly without losing it's flavor
Ingredients
- 1 bunch spinach
- a pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons sesame paste (with soy sauce)
Directions
- Boil spinach quickly with a pinch of salt. Soak in cold water. Squeeze and cut into 1 inch.
- Mix (1) and sesame paste.
