The simmered dish which is delicious when you put shreds of citron



  1. Pare taro.
  2. Put taro in saucepan and pour soup stock. Cover with a drop-lid and heat. When water becomes boil, reduce to a medium heat and boil for 7 or 8 minutes.
  3. When taro become soft, add soy sauce and mirin. Cover with a drop-lid and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes.
  4. Put the taro on a plate. Garnish shredded peel of a yuzu.
