The simmered dish which is delicious when you put shreds of citron
- 7 or 8 taro
- 1 cup soup stock
- soy sauce, mirin
- a little peel of yuzu: an aromatic citron
- Pare taro.
- Put taro in saucepan and pour soup stock. Cover with a drop-lid and heat. When water becomes boil, reduce to a medium heat and boil for 7 or 8 minutes.
- When taro become soft, add soy sauce and mirin. Cover with a drop-lid and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes.
- Put the taro on a plate. Garnish shredded peel of a yuzu.
